Users cannot see their own accrual balance

Users cannot see their own holiday accrual balance in OTBI accrual report

Content (required):

I have an OTBI report showing Accrual Balances using the Accrual Real Time subject area. However users cannot see their own balance, only their team's.

Is there some kind of restriction applied in this subject area which limits visibility of your own record? Is there any way to enable it?
