Summary:

We have a new taleo environment which is cloned from Prod. We have completed the necessary configurations for recruiting and onboarding. We made sure the message templates are all ACTIVATED. Upon testing, none of the candidates nor the recruiters received any email from taleo.

Their email address is an official email and not fictitious email. Why did my candidate or the recruiter did not receive any email notfications?

examples of emails not received:

1 .Job specific acknowledgement email when candidate completes application.

2. extended offer letter notification to the candidate

3. invitation to Onboarding email
