Employee doesn't have a primary address

Summary: There are few employees who have only one address i.e. their home address. This home address was added while the employee was hired. However, at the end of the hire process, this employee doesn't have a primary address.



Content (required): To resolve this situation, the existing home address was deleted using "delete record" and a new address was added effective their hire date.

However, the address is added as their home address but the primary address is not created. There is no way to indicate that the address being added is the primary address.

This employee was manually hired again but still the same result i.e. no primary home address.
