Unable to Terminate a VCN in my free OCI tenancy due to conflict. Can't resolve the conflict
Summary:
I need to terminate an existing VCN in my free account to make space for a new VCN. However, it could not be terminated due to the following conflict.
(Conflict - The Subnet ocid1.subnet.oc1.iad.aaaaaaaaldhaajgciadea5xepahrhh7zeuav37ckjc75fhaaaaaaaaaaa references the VNIC ocid1.vnic.oc1.iad.abuwcljsq54qogaobmbcniu6h362krhoz43d2poqniy4sqfwztbbbbbbbb. You must remove the reference to proceed with this operation.)
I understand it is originating from the subnet within the vcn and trying to remove the subnet also throws the same error. I've removed the ingress and egresss rules from the vcn's security lists, I don't have any computes in any other compartments. I'm not able to see where this VNIC exists and how I can get rid of it.
