Workaround for OM Cloud Shipset behaviour

Summary:

As Oracle OM Cloud does not allow user to add new shipsets to existing lines post submission or move existing lines into existing shipsets on order post submission, I am interested to know what were the workarounds implemented for your clients/projects.
