Unable to properly attach ESignature document to Esignature Task

Summary: The report path is being directly pulled from OTBI as well as the name of the document, the .xdo?P_SIGN_DATE={SignDate}&P_SIGNER_NAME={SignerName}&P_SIGNER_EMAIL={SignerEmail}&P_ALLOCATED_TASK_ID={AllocatedTaskId}&_xf=pdf has been added. However, the task is giving the warning that the report path is incorrect. Because of this the employees are not able to view the documents in their Journeys tasks.


Content (required): Hello, thank you for taking the time to look at this. Has anyone ran into the issue where they are trying to attach a report to an ESignature document that you know is correct but this warning comes up resulting in the employee not being able to view the document?
