Can we have individual Ratings per Goal visible on the Compensation plan instead of the overall performance rating.

We are interested in creating a Scorecard based on 4 measures ( 2 Company+ 3 individual performance). And the Bonus will be based on Outcome scorecard result (highlighted in red) achieved on these individual measures?

Not sure but our compensation manager said it is possible in Workday to view the scorecard of and individual on compensation plan and then calculate the scorecard result.

Is this possible to achieve in the Workforce Compensation. I can see an Overall Performance rating , but not individual performance goal measures. How do we build this one?
