Matching candidate to a req does not bring external assessment score

Summary:

If a candidate applies for req X and as part of it completes an external assessment (in our case Chemistry Assessment) and is subsequently matched by a recruiter to a similar requisition with the same external Chemistry Assessment on it, the assessment score does not flow through onto the new application for the new requisition. This was a standard feature in our old platform Taleo, and without it in OR, given how many manual matches we do for candidates, causes a problem for recruiters when needing to screen based on these scores (for our volume store roles, we only screen
