Client Private Key File LOV is blank when setting up transmission configuration

Hello,

I am trying to configure the 'Manage Transmission Configuration'.

I have set up the below:

  • FTP Server IP Address
  • FTP Server Port Number
  • FTP Account User Name
  • FTP Account Password
  • Remote File Directory

I am trying to get the Client Private Key File and imported this through the 'File Import/Export' work area using the folder path fin/payments/import

The file is a .ssh extension and under 26 characters with no special characters.

When i try to configure, I can not see this file?

Has anyone had any experience of this before?
