Recruiting Tasks Tab

Does anyone know if there is a permission that can remove the Tasks tab from a user's view?

Content (required):

One of our user types doesn't use this Tab and just causes confusion on what it is there for. I'd rather remove it but I cannot find what permission that might be, if there is one at all.
