How to setup document (certification) requirement in absence management
We have a requirement where employees have to provide marriage certificate within 30 days from the start of absence "Marriage Leave".
Now here are questions I have related to Absence Certifications
- When employee returns from the leave how will he know, he has to upload marriage certificate, is there any notification or reminder for the same.
- Next question is where would he upload the document. Will he update the marriage leave and upload supporting document or there is any integration with Document of Record. Or employee has to share the document with HR offline and then HR will mark it completed.
