Is there a way to report on the notifications/correspondence being sent from ORC?

Summary:

We need to update our candidate and hiring team correspondence/notifications, and I'm interested in whether there is an easy way to export a report which captures all notifications and whether they are switched on or not etc. and ideally, the content in the notifications themselves
