Job Requisitions Approval Notification issue after 21D Upgrade

Blank Job Requisitions Approval Notification for manager in BPM

Hi All,


After 21D Upgrade, We are facing issue with Approval notification for job Requisitions.

Whenever Job Requisition is submitted for manager approval then manager is receiving blank approval notification under BPM.

Only Buttons are visible like - Approve, Reject, Actions and Done.

We have also followed below documentation steps but still it is not working -

Anyone facing same issue after 21D Upgrade ?
