I wanted to consult with you with an issue that we have and a solution we might take

Till today in the Core when the HR is doing a transfer action to an employee the Fields from his previous assignment is coming to the New assignment in the transfer Flow and the HR only need to change the relevant files according to the transfer ( for example the department or the Job )


BUT now in the ORC when internal candidate was chosen to a requisition and the recruiter create an Offer for him , in the OFFER creation his previous assignment is not coming to the Assignment Section and the recruiter cannot ONLY Insert the new department or Job , she needs to fill from scratch all the assignment Data
