Content (required):Getting error on payment verification while registering for Oracle Cloud Free Tier and cannot go to the next step. The error says "Error Processing Transaction-Oracle only accepts credit and debit cards..." but already trying with Credit card, Debit card, and also cleared browsing data, changed browser and all failed. There is no Article on the internet that can help about this issue. I tried everything.

Most of people Facing the same issue, Please try to solve this problem as soon as possible
