How to make compensation plan work for more than one currency
Hi All,
We have setup worker level budgeting using fast formula. To keep it simple lets say we have a Manager M (corporate currency is US Doller), and below two employee are reporting to him.
- Employee EUK (Salary basis currency is GBP)
- Employee EUS (Salary basis currency is USD)
Fast formula is returning value 100 for each employee and thus manager is seeing budget value 200 (USD) - First Question : Not sure why it is 200USD, system should automatically convert 100 GBP to USD and that should be the final budget for the manager.
Now Manager is equally distributing amount to employee (100 to each employee). but the problem is when we are transferring data to core HR it is failing for employee EUK. with below reason
