Summary:

We are trying to remove the other email channels as an options when responding in HRHD.

Our company has an anti-spoofing policy, so we are trying to remove the other response channels when replying in HRHD. Currently, the agent can reply via any channel which is spoofing that email address. We've tried hiding the other channels via application composer and page composer, but haven't had any luck. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
