A New Hire life event is detected when a pending worker comes through and a Termination event when the pending worker is termed. This is happening in the case of Rehires. What kind of updates need to be made in the system to stop this from happening? Pending Workers should not have any life events triggered. I found a few old documents that suggest a fast formula to be added. Is there another solution for this?
