Is there a way to see when the candidate completed their Sensitive Info?

Is there anything within Sensitive Info itself, or an OTBI option to tell us when that information was completed and by who? (Sometimes recruiting admins will fill this out on behalf of the candidate) I am specifically interested in the National Identifiers and Biographical Info sections (SSN and DOB)
