I have registered an account at Singapore region, after verifying the completed credit card, I received a notice that the account is being set up, the set up process can be up to 15 minutes.

But now it has been more than 3 days, I haven't received my account yet.

When I tried to log on the login page, I received a notice: "That name didn't work, want to try again?"

When I tried to retrieve the account name, after entering the registered email, in the email returned, "There are no Oracle Cloud accounts associated with the e-mail address tumatanquang@gmail.com".
