validation of local FirstName LastName on personal details buisiness Object

making validation of local FirstName LastName on personal details buisiness Object
operate the validation also on Person Name Bussiness object.
Content (required):
The requeirment is to check first letter in english uppercase in the FirstName LastName fields and show error message if need .
It work's ok but The problem is that it work also on Person Name Bussiness object and raise error .
How to make that it will do the checking only on personal details BO ?
