Is anyone else getting erroneous permission message when dragging/dropping docs to Talent Profile

edited Dec 30, 2021 2:15AM in Career and Succession 1 comment

Summary: User is receiving an information message stating "You do not have permission to add a new attachment" when dragging/dropping an attachment to the Talent Profile. The user does have the proper permissions and after trying a few more times it eventually lets the user add the attachment.

Content (required): We tried to duplicate this in our test ID as a different user and had no issues. Asked user to clear cache and try another browser, as they state this is not an error that they receive all the time but typically the first time for each team member trying to add an attachment. We tested this theory in our TEST ID logged in as him, but didn't have any issues. We compared the security profile for this employee between the test and live ID and see no differences.

Howdy, Stranger!
