We want to hide compensation tab for particular Business unit

We want to hide compensation for a tab for a particular Business unit.

An employee should not able to see the compensation tab if they are from A business unit and for other Business unit employees, it will visible.

Why we are hiding because there will be some compensation changes for BU A and the company doesn't want to see them right now. They will release once all compensation changes for BU A. Do you know if we can achieve this by using EL?
