How to get a PTO Accruals report with ONE line of data for balance per EE?
Summary: We are using a 3rd Party for our PTO Accruals (UKG).
Primary issue: Some EE's are in 2 plans, so they have 2 lines of data. The issue is that UKG will only pick up the first line of data for each employee.
Secondary issue: The report we currently use suffers from "View Display Error Exceeded (...) Error Codes: EKMT3FK5 Location..." when exporting to Excel.

I am taking over for a contractor that said the following:
"This is not possible in OTBI, it has be created in BIP from scratch as OTBI cannot handle complex logics
OTBI by default maps all columns to extract data, if no data present it will not fetch. Simpler approach is if you don't receive feed from oracle, then they can treat as 0 at UKG.
