Is it possible to add collaborators to the offer team members automatically

Hi Gurus,

Is it possible to add collaborators automatically to offer team members? Since we are using HR team as collaborators but currently we are adding HR team members manually its an pain point to add multiple users manually for each offer. Is there any work around to get access to the offers to respected HR team automatically
