Alternate Approval Flow for Offer Redraft

Summary:

We need to set up an alternate approval process for redrafted offers.

Content (required):

We use a multi-level workflow for job offers based on the Business Justification noted in the requisition. Once the inital offer has been approved, if we are required to generate a new offer for something like a start date chnage, we would like to use a simple (single level) approval flow.

I am looking for the rule/expression that would used to direct redrafts to follow a different flow.
