Add Incumbent from Person Management to Requisition

Summary:

My customer has a requirement to add the incumbent to a replacement requisition. They want to be able to select the incumbent from a list of employees with upcoming termination dates. Is it possible to build a DFF that can link to the table of terminated or soon to be terminated employee?
