OTBI Analysis takes about 20 minutes to return results, how to improve performance?

OTBI Analysis for Master Headcount Report takes 20 minutes to display results.

Our client is migrating from EBS to HCM Cloud. Currently they have a Headcount Report in OBIEE that displays almost all relevant information for an employee. It is a widely used report by their HR/Benefits/Payroll users.

I have created an OTBI Analysis (XML Attached), it fetches data from 6 Subject Areas: Assignment Event, Assignment, Compensation Salary History, Person, Person Profile (performance), Grade Rates. All these Subject Areas need to be included to get fields/attributes mentioned in the specs for the report.

The OTBI Analysis has a filter to limit rows based on Person Number. Also, a filter includes CURRENT_DATE between Effective Start Date and Effective End Date for few records.
