Hiring Current/Active Contingent Workers and Non-Workers via ORC
Summary:
Our business is having major issues when it comes to hiring Contingent Workers and or Non-Workers in ORC. The biggest of these issues is that when the business processes the hire, via ORC, they create a duplicate record. In other words, the hire done in ORC isn’t connected to the Contingent Worker / Non-Worker already in the system; instead, a new person number and record is created by mistake. In our business, if we have a Contingent Worker or Non-Worker that we want to transition to a worker (or vise versa), we do not want another person number created … we want workers to retain
