Why can an employee not see an Individual Compensation Plan under Manage Personal Contributions?
Summary:
We have created an Individual Compensation Plan that we want the employee to apply for.
When the employee goes to Manager Personal Contributions they cannot see the plan in the list of values unless they have the HR Specialist role.
We have ensured that in the set up on the ICP the Plan Access Action has been set to all. Additionally, the employee role has the privilege Manage Personal Contributions.
Does anyone have any idea why the employee cannot see the plan?
Thanks
