UPDATE: Job Application Grid View to become the default job application list view in 22C
As a reminder, in 22A we announced that the Job Application Grid View feature is generally available. This enhancement gives end users the ability to create views containing the data that’s most important when reviewing job applications from the list view. The columns and fields within each column are configurable and views can be personal, role based, or available to all users. Job application grid view supports flexfields, custom compound fields, and data masking.
