Send emails to customer when interview not completed

Content (required):

I have enabled checkpoints in OPM, this is for logged in customers. when customer not submitted the interview then i can see the records with contact id in contactcheckpoint object in OSvC as a report. Is there any process that we can send email reminders to customers who are not completed interview. reminders will be sent next day.
