Dear Colleagues,
for this requirement, I have added to the custom recruiter role ORA_PER_PERSON_NATIONAL_IDENTIFIER_MANAGEMENT_DUTY and PER_MANAGE_PERSON_NATIONAL_IDENTIFIER_PRIV But recruiters still can't change the national ID that candidates enter when they apply. Is there some other privilege/duty I'm not considering?
