Hello!

How does the workbook handle a change in enrollments during open enrollment?

For example, John is enrolled in medical plan Gold. During open enrollment John wants to change to Silver. When I process the workbook I get an error about having too many plans:

Error Message is -- ORA-20001: The total enrolled 2 plans exceed the maximum 1 plans allowed within plan type Medical. Details: Reduce the number of plan selections.

How do you disenroll from one plan using the workbook? Currently, Open Enrollment automatically selects the current enrollment, maybe this option is incorrect?
