Issue with Proration based on actual number of working days in year i.e. 260

Summary:

Issue with Proration based on actual number of working days in year i.e. 260

Content (required):

Hi All,

We are having an annual salary basis and want to prorate earnings elements by actual working days i.e. 52*5 = 260

Consider an employee having annual sal = 30000 and hired on 12-Dec-21, the actual working days in Dec would be 15. So the Dec-21 earning should be 30000/260 * 15 = 1730.77

But it is getting calculated as 30000/260 * 14 = 1615.38 i.e. system is considering one working day less, 14 instead of 15.

Anyone faced similar issue or any advise to achieve this would be great help.
