Application for DOT Requirements

Hello,

Are there any organizations that use Taleo and hire for CDL drivers and are required for those drivers to complete DOT specific application requirements?

Content (required):

Part of our organization's business hires CDL drivers. These drivers are required to complete specific information required by the DOT (department of transportation). We currently do not have these requirements built into the Taleo application.

Driver candidates complete the Taleo application that all of our other candidates complete, and then they go into a separate system (it's called Tenstreet) to complete a second application to satisfy those DOT requirements.

The business would like to consolidate so these driver candidates are only completing one application but I don't know what it looks like to modify Taleo to include these requirements. I'd like to know what other organizations are doing.
