Price Change during Revision of sales order

Need price change to trigger change compensation

Content (required):

Currently customer can mark unit list/selling price as a delta attribute in the Manage Order Attributes Identifying Change. However, these two attributes never triggers compensation. Oracle is currently working internally to remove these attributes from the Manage Order Attributes Identifying Change page to reduce confusion. However we need the business event to be triggered when a price change happens to figure out real-time when a price change happens which is needed for Custom Credit Check logic.
