Flag field needs to be set according to the order field which was modified since order creation

Hi Team,

BID FLAG - No Changes to the Order - N, Qty Change -Q, Price change - P, Product change - S, Delivery/Ship Date Change - D.

What logic can be used to set the flag, according to the fields which were changed in the order

P.S - This should be done on BIP Report side query, the BID FLAG is a custom field in the report which should be set based on above mentioned criteria. For instance, since the order creation in oracle order management module, if the quantity was updated, when the line is selected for reporting, the BID flag must be selected as Q
