Autocomplete Rule not applied after 'Approval with Limitations'

Summary:

We have submitted the use case (Use case no. 2) for Rehire Restriction from Autocomplete Rule which was approved with Limitations but it was not visible in the system. This is our second use case with Autocomplete Rule and we are able to enable the autocomplete functionality and see the Oracle delivered Autocomplete Rule based on other use case. But any rule based on this use case is not available under When and Why section.
