Preboarding not Showing for Pending Worker

Summary:

Preboarding has been allocated to a Pending Worker but not accessible but candidate

Content (required):

We have a Pending worker thats due to start in 4 days time.

They have had the Allocated Checklists added to their account, but when they log on to do said preboarding tasks nothing shows on their screen.

We have also logged in as them and we also do not see the allocated checklists

is there a process to be run missing?, or is it something else.

We havent had any other candidate/employee have this issue so far.
