Offer Creation Date showing Static and Accepted Date not captured?

Summary:

Offer Creation Date showing Static and Accepted Date not captured?

We are using the seeded OTBI report to review dates on offers. We noticed Accepted Date is showing up blank across the board and Creation date oddly shows 01/01/1900 12:00:00 AM on all offers.

I wasn't sure if there was maybe a scheduled process or something not set right in our prod environment that this info is askew.
