Publish Job Requisitions without an apply button

Summary:

Is there a way to hide the apply button on some job requisitions and available on others. This way partner companies jobs will be published on the career site with no apply button and guidance as to how to apply to it and the parent company jobs will continue to have the apply button.

Can we have a separate career site with the apply button disabled all together?
