Promotion from compensation plan to Corehr

Hello,
I am currently working on a compensation plan, and I was wondering if its possible to promote someone directly on the compensation plan? As in, once the plan is approuved by all levels in the hierarchy, that the promotion is officially in the corehr. For example, the new title, grade ext are all replaced in the system?
If it's possible, how can it be put in place?
