Is there a way to customize these delivered reports for Compensation?

Summary:

we would want to group the all the grades by grade names instead of grade codes. we have unique grade code for the multiple grade names. For example, there will be multiple IC1s (grade name) with different grade codes - IC1_a, IC1_b, IC1_c etc.
