Capture additional info during manager pre-work

Hello!

We're about to start prepping for our TR process and in the process would like to view the 'Performance Rating' from performance management populate on the 'Prepare Review Content' page when managers do their pre-work so that they would have the latest rating while preparing for the TR meeting.

I've explored for options but per my understanding there isn't a DFF that can be used on the pre-work pages. And we are currently using all the fields within the TR setup so that option is also out of question.

Has anyone implemented such a requirement and if so - how was this accomplished?
