mass update attributes for NIR request

Summary:

Content (required):can we do mass update of attributes under NIR request ...meaning business raised NIR with 100 items and request went for definition task to Employee X , now the task assign to employee X is to update item attributes. as per current mechanism , Employee X have to update individual items whereas business is looking for mechanism to mass upload of attribute.

Same case is there for Change Order
