Error employees that need new State Registration for Taxation Purposes

How to error out work from home employees that moved to new state where legal entity is not registered.

Hi,
Is there anyway to configure payroll engine to error out employees, who relocated to new state where legal entity state tax registration is not completed yet.? Or is there a report to locate such employees before payroll run?
For example, legal entity is registered in SC, NC, WA, PA states and employee relocate from SC to MA state and want to withheld MA state taxes.
