How to link internal candidates in ORC to a JR; the candidate number is different to that of Taleo

Problem with identifying internal candidates in ORC who have applied to open JR in Taleo and link them to the correct JRs.

When ESS scheduled process, Load workers into the candidate table is run to bring in the internal candidates, candidate numbers of these are different to that from Taleo. How to identify these candidates who have applied to open JRs and link them? We will have to add attachments as well to these candidates.
