Proposed/Calibrated Rating (Recent & Historical)

Hello, Good day!

I have a requirement which is to pull the proposed rating (recent and historical) in one report but different column for recent and other column for historical using OTBI. Is it possible? Any thoughts or step by step process how can I achieve this? Your help is very much appreciated.
