Hi

I'm trying create a scenario where I sent a notification to a email that technician does not have a skill "xpto" for example.

In the message scene, I configured a stage in Move_appt with delivery channel = OFSC mail and I added the blocking condition a specific skill.

The Scenario executed , but not send a email. Has anyone done something similar or know another solution?

Unfortunately, I can't activate the "Ignore work zones / work skills mismatch on user type. It would affect our operation.In this case, the scenario does not occur error but I do not receive the email.
